Yes, our kitchen and all ingredients are 100% gluten-free.

Absolutely! We understand that some GF companies add gluten-removed wheat starch to certain items, but we don’t use any ingredients like that. Our kitchen is completely wheat-free.
-
Yes, our kitchen is also soy-free and peanut-free. We do use eggs, dairy, nuts, and sesame in some products. We keep everything separate, and sanitize equipment between batches, but there is always a risk of cross-contamination. If you have concerns about a specific allergen, please contact us.
-
We sure do! Vegan items are labeled as such, please check our product listings for the available options.
-
We have a handful of grain-free offerings. Please check out our product pages!
-
Absolutely. We recommend defrosting frozen items in the refrigerator overnight. For frozen breads, once defrosted you can refresh by sprinkling with water and baking in a 400-degree oven for about 10-12 minutes.
-
We do not produce any keto products at this time.
-
No, our ingredients are free of GMOs.
-
We use organic cold-pressed sunflower oil, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic cold pressed coconut oil, organic regenerative palm oil, artisan vegan butter (made from cocoa butter, coconut oil, and safflower oil), and grass-fed butter.
-
Yes, but it’s important to know that “organic” doesn’t mean much when it comes to dairy. We go the extra mile here, so our dairy ingredients (butter, milk, yogurt, cream) are sourced from grass-fed cows. And if you have difficulty digesting most dairy due to casein, you may be okay with ours. The milk and yogurt we use is A2, so it doesn’t contain the A1 beta-casein that gives many people trouble. However please note that these ingredients still contain lactose.
-
We mix proprietary blends for each item, please see the ingredient list for the items you're interested in purchasing.
-
We do make a few items that contain oats or oat flour. Those ingredients are tested and certified to ensure they are gluten-free and glyphosate-free.
-
We use organic coconut sugar, organic cane sugar, organic brown sugar, organic maple syrup, organic raw honey, organic turbinado sugar, and organic molasses. We never use artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols.
-
Depending on the product we use organic psyllium husk, xanthan gum, guar gum, golden flax seed, or a combination of these.
-

Possibly! Although we’re very much focused on the bakery right now, we still occasionally do events and parties. And of course we’re always happy to provide the breads and pastries for your event if that’s all you need. Please reach out to us via our contact form or email, and we can discuss your vision.

Unfortunately, food law does not allow retail food establishments to serve cottage goods. However, if you sell any pre-packaged items, you can offer ours in your store or cafe that way! Feel free to contact us if you’re interested in this type of partnership.
